Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Frequently asked questions
Notes are the in-app currency. Generating one track costs 2 notes. New users get 2 notes for free, Ritzma Pro Weekly grants 100 notes per week, and Ritzma Pro Yearly grants 1200 notes per year. Notes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
You retain all rights you already hold in lyrics and prompts you submit. We do not claim ownership of generated output, but AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright, and provider terms may apply. Check third-party rights before publishing or commercial use.
Your subscription is managed by the store where you bought it: Apple ID settings in the App Store or the Subscriptions section in Google Play. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Payments are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store or the Google Play order history. See the Refund policy page for details.
No. An account is created automatically and anonymously, tied to your device. We never ask for an email, name or phone number.
If a track fails to generate, the spent notes are automatically returned to your balance. If that did not happen, contact support and we will sort it out.
